I have wondered what a good way to explain this type of work would be. One that would make sense, not be too wordy, heady, or confusing. My best explanation is what I have personally witnessed for myself from my time doing my own personal inner work. The word I would use to describe this work is Space.

Space to see where and when a pattern is up and playing out in my life, or where a part of me is hidden, or maybe even a part of me who is the star of the show.Space to be with it and acknowledge it and the space to figure out how I best want to operate.

I won’t sell you an idea of being fixed, or that there are these huge life changing realizations that you’ll get in each session. I can wholeheartedly say that being on the end of the client that often what  comes up is what needs to come through or be recognized. Sometimes it has left me just simply thinking, integrating until my next session, it has given me a chance to see what was brought up in real time through my life’s daily happenings.

It's given me the space to be a witness to myself. There are so many aspects to our beings that aren’t acknowledged enough, talked about and to enough, or not “needed” to be in society, and I believe this work is to bring yourself the space to see all that you already are. Whole. Good. And most importantly enough for you.

My commitment to you as we work together is that I promise to always be on my own journey, I promise to always make sure to learn more deeply about myself so that I may help you learn more about yourself too.
